Support vulnerable men with mental health issues and build good professional working relationships with them and other members of staff.

Assist the residents with medical, hygiene and welfare needs.
Complete relevant administration and reports as required regarding medication or safeguarding.
Ensure clients appearance and personal hygiene correspond with their individual care plans.
